Rental Agreement and Policies

    1. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date.

    2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. Items are $35 per item. Including but not limited to : Holes, missing items, weed wacker, dents, intentional damage - taping that peels color, restaking that creates bending/denting/holes etc. 

    3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the YARD CARD display. Our items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them. 

    4. Please do not move the items. If you need the YARD CARD moved or removed, please call ASAP. 

    5.  It is best to notify the honoree to not touch the display, as you are still responsible for it.  Advise them to not move the  lawn display items, damage or vandalize the signs in any way. If the YARD CARD needs to be moved or removed, please call ASAP. 

    6. Please DO NOT mow/trim around the signs, Grass will stain, weed wackers destroy. If you need to mow, or have a company that is scheduled, please contact us for sign removal. 

    7. Please DO NOT let animals in the area of the YARD CARD for the period it's on the yard. 
    8. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Tape will damage. 

    9. YARD CARD EVENTS and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set-up and removal of any rental. **IF you have a sprinkler system, please notify us and mark the yard. WE WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage if we are unaware of the system.**
    10. We DO want you to pose NEXT to or BEHIND the display to take photographs of your special day. AND, Please, please PLEASE share with us!! 

    11. We will place a small sign on the closer to the street  with our contact information in the event that the homeowner needs/wants to get in touch with us. If the homeowner would like the sign taken down for any reason before the rental time is up, we will do so at their request.

     

CANCELATION POLICY

-If you must cancel your booking, you will have two options.

1. Receive Half of your booking rate as a refund.

2. Keep the amount on file for a future date - **based on availability** 

WEATHER

-If inclement weather occurs: 

1. We will be in contact with you for a possible delayed setup time. 

2. If the weather doesn't clear, we may not be able to set up your YARD CARD.   

-Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, severe snow and any other Act of God that would put us or our YARD CARD display in harm's way. In the event we are unable to set up the sign, we will reschedule based upon availability or provide a full refund.

OTHER

-No refunds will be given due to the wrong address being provided.

-No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. In the event the recipient would like the display removed for any reason, we will do so. 

-No refunds will be given in the event we are not able to enter the property due to locked fences or aggressive animals. 

-No refunds will be given in the event we have a delayed setup time due to inclement weather.

-We WILL contact you immediately if one of these issues arrises. We will always do our best to deliver.
